The following observations were made regarding this item: * Has been used. There are two rips on the back on the side of the black fabric. These are about 3 inches long each. Likely could be patched. The plastic parts above the wheels are a bit dirty and scratched. Wheels are a bit dirty. There is light dirt around the bottom part of the bag front and back near the wheels. Inside is pretty clean. Zippers and handles all work. * No other defects found.
