It comes with the rain cover, the lid and the smaller “approach” insert backpack (it’s alike a smaller backpack for when you want to drop your big bag and go on a side trail). It does not come with the hydration bag. If you want pics of the lid and approach bag I’d be happy to send them. Firm on pricey, it’s in excellent condition and barely used.
