Hello, I am very interested in purchasing this product, but unfortunately the first time I attempted to do so via Amazon, I received a broken product due to the individual involved in packaging it simply wrapping it in plastic without any padding whatsoever, and there was also no such luck the second time around with the supposed replacement, as it was the completely wrong color from the glittery translucent purple that I had specifically selected. So my question to you is two-part: Before I go ahead and proceed with this purchase, can you guarantee that I will in fact receive the color pictured, which is the translucent glittery purple, and secondly, can I expect it to have been properly packaged in a box with padding? (And I apologize if this sounds at all snarky, as it’s not intended to – it’s just been one of those daysweeksyears…) Thank you for your consideration, Brianna
