I am a bit confused on the size, what do you mean by xsm? I am a petite female, 5 6 weigh 120 lbs

Hi - thank you for your inquiry. The XSM sizing is what was stated on the Gregory label. I am 5'4" and was about 135 when I had the backpack fitted. I would consider myself a petite size. The pack is about 2 feet tall empty, with an expandable top. I never used it so that is about al I can tell you. I hope this helps.
