I’ve been looking for a general board to have on the boat for when people want to try for the first time. How will this perform? Was considering the landlock model.
Answer
this would be a step up from the landlock. Great board for beginners and beyond. The landlock is a heavy construction and not as maneuverable. People will get up on it but it's not as quick or fun once they're up. The buzz will pair the get-up ability of a landlock and the playfulness and maneuverability of a much more expenisve board
Question
Which of the two sizes would you recommend if the intention is to allow first time rides to use it? I’m 5’8” and 145lbs so I would get the 4’8”. Seems like the larger buzz is meant for heavier riders. Any recommendations on which size to purchase?

Honestly if eveyone is decently athletic, I would go with the 4’8”. That board will do you better longer as you get the hang of it
