I have shipped many items and looked it up to see what it would cost so I could give you a good answer. These leggings are like new and currently a steal of a deal already, shipping through fedex or usps will cost me $9-$13 depending on a box vs an envelope and I would like to be able to package them properly. Considering all these factors I will not lower the shipping.

Fedex certainly seems overkill for leggings. I'm pretty sure you could send them through USPS for less than half that.

If you want them buy them if you want free shipping then go pay full price on prana. But I will not be lowering the shipping price. I have shipped a lot of items and not even the smallest flat rate envelopes are as cheap as you are trying to say they are.

I usually wear a 00 and the waist was a smidge big. So i definitely think these will fit a 0-2 better. There is a pocket in waist band for a key or something similar in size. The pocket is about 2”x2”

I apologize for how long it took me to be able to answer this question, for some reason an error kept occurring. These are the 7/8 leggings, so a little shorter inseam as they are meant to fit just above the ankle, but not quite a capri. They measured 26.5" in the inseam.
