Seller's Guide

As of October 2023, we are no longer accepting new listings on our peer-to-peer marketplace. If you have items listed on the marketplace prior to this date, they will continue to be listed for sale and you can edit those items and fulfill new orders as usual. We encourage you to consider consigning your gear with us! We greatly appreciate you choosing to be a part of our community to re-use your gear and get more folks outside.

Listing Gear

It’s free to list and only takes a few minutes.

We keep things simple. It doesn’t cost anything to list your gear, upload images, or to have an account. Instead, we simply charge a flat 15% commission rate plus a 2.9% + $.30 payment processing fee when your gear sells. Items that sell for $2,000 or more will have a fixed selling fee of $300. Items that sell for $25 or less will have a fixed selling fee of 20%. As you sell more, your commission rate drops down to 13%. See our Rewards Program for more information.

We know you’d rather be spending time outside than at your computer, so we handle all the little things:

• We take care of payment processing , so you don’t have to worry about collecting money from the buyer. We’ll collect it from them, then send you payment via PayPal, or Venmo.
• We give you full reimbursement on shipping . Our commission rate isn’t deducted from the shipping rate you wish to charge. Or use our PrePaid Shipping Labels to take out the guess work.
• Full seller protection . Once you ship your gear and update a valid tracking number that confirms delivery, we guarantee payment. We have your back.
• We market your gear to the outdoor community . So rest easy we help get the word out. We want to help you sell your gear fast, give it a great home, and keep it out of a landfill.
• We handle the customer service . If there’s any communication needed between buyer and seller, we mediate it to make your life easier.
