Seller Payment Policy

Sellers, you’re safe with us.

Since Geartrade collects payment from the buyer, sellers are guaranteed payment on completed transactions. The seller is responsible for entering in a valid tracking number that confirms delivery to the correct address.

Since Geartrade handles all the payment processing, the seller is never liable for a fraudulent purchase. Other marketplaces make sellers file a claim and go through a lengthy process for fraudulent claims, which often puts the burden on the seller. You’ll never jump through these hoops with Geartrade.
