Buyer's Guide

How Shipping Works

Nice and low-stress.

  • You’ll see the shipping charge during checkout—no surprises. The seller will either offer free shipping or will specify their charge.
  • They may give you more than one carrier option such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Just choose the carrier you prefer—and remember that if you have a PO Box, you need to use USPS. (The others won’t deliver there.)
  • Once your item has shipped, your credit card will be charged for your purchase and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

PRO TIP: it might take up to 24-48 hours for tracking info to appear on the carrier’s website. Often, the package is already on its way before the first scan gets posted. If tracking is still unavailable after 48 hours, send us an email and we’ll help you out.
